• We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate; however, errors may occur.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.
• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part numbers are used for reference purposes only.

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
• All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees.
• ProLine Car Parts INC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

• Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

• Returns are accepted within 7–15 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
• Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Certain items, including electrical components and special-order parts, may be non-returnable.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by ProLine Car Parts INC.

• New parts may carry a manufacturer's warranty; warranty terms vary by product.
• Used or reconditioned parts are sold "as is," unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

ProLine Car Parts INC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or installation of purchased products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
